    Thank you Meighan!
The “Yoghurt and & Aloe Vera” sounds very appealing!
Can that be applied with a sea sponge? ………
I’m wondering how extensive the application needs to be. It seems the live activity of just the yoghurt (and possibly the aloe) might be sufficient – or – would this be enhanced with some “massaging” with a sponge to assure exfoliation? ………

    • Brittany Bly says:

      Hi Jemichel,

Yes, you could use a sponge as long as your skin is not too delicate. Just be careful that the sponge is very clean. It’s easy for bacteria and debris to build up, thus irritating sensitive skin like the face.

For those with sensitive skin, the exfoliating properties of milk should be sufficient.
