Parmesan Goat Cheese Stuffed Jalapenos


Get a little kick! Make these perfect Stuffed Jalapeños in an Air Fryer!


  • 4 medium sized jalapenos
  • 1/4 c. chopped tomatoes
  • 1/4 c. sour cream
  • 1/2 c. shredded parmesan cheese
  • heaping 1/2 c. crumbled goat cheese
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • salt and pepper to taste

Optional: balsamic glaze


  1. Slice the tops off jalapenos and slice in half lengthwise. Scoop out seeds and insides (leave some intact if you prefer more heat).
  2. Place jalapenos halves face down in air fryer. Lightly brush outsides with olive oil. Air fry at 370 degrees for 4 minutes.
  3. While jalapenos are air frying, stir together sour cream, parmesan, goat cheese, garlic and chopped tomatoes. Taste and season with salt and pepper.
  4. When jalapenos are done air frying, remove them to a plate and use a spoon to fill each jalapeno half with the cheese mixture. Carefully place the jalapeno halves back in the air fryer, face up this time.
  5. Air fry at 370 degrees for 3-4 minutes, or until cheese mixture is melty and beginning to brown.
  6. If desired, drizzle tops with a balsamic glaze (you can buy in a bottle or make your own) before serving. S
  7. Serve hot.
