Ingredients

  • 3 cups Powdered Sugar
  • 3 tablespoons Milk
  • 3 tablespoons Butter
  • 1 tablespoon Vanilla Bean or Vanilla Extract
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Ginger
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Clove
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Cardamom
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Pepper

Directions

1. In a Kitchen-Aid, or with a bowl and electric mixer, combine the Powdered Sugar, Milk, and Butter.
2. Mix on medium speed until well blended. Scrape the sides of the bowl when needed.
3. Add the spices and vanilla and whip until evenly blended.
4. Top cooled desserts with your Chai Tea Buttercream Frosting or store in the refrigerator.
