This Whirled Watermelon Mojito has a bit of fizz and is perfect to drink in sunny weather!
Ingredients
- 1 splash Simple Syrup (Optional)
- 1 sprig Mint
- 3 cups Seedless Watermelon (Cut into wedges)
- 1/2 bottle Topo Chico
- 2 shots White Rum
Directions

Start with an ice cold watermelon. Cut into wedges and remove any of the small white seeds. |

Add to a blender and pulse until pureed. Stir in between pulsing. |

Add your Topo Chico, Rum, and sprig of mint and pulse until well blended. |

If you are adding the optional simple syrup, include that with the Topo Chico, Rum, and mint. |
5.

Serve over ice and garnish with a sprig of fresh mint. |
