Whirled Watermelon Mojito Recipe

This Whirled Watermelon Mojito has a bit of fizz and is perfect to drink in sunny weather!


  • 1 splash Simple Syrup (Optional)
  • 1 sprig Mint
  • 3 cups Seedless Watermelon (Cut into wedges)
  • 1/2 bottle Topo Chico
  • 2 shots White Rum


1. Start with an ice cold watermelon. Cut into wedges and remove any of the small white seeds.
2. Add to a blender and pulse until pureed. Stir in between pulsing.
3. Add your Topo Chico, Rum, and sprig of mint and pulse until well blended.
4. If you are adding the optional simple syrup, include that with the Topo Chico, Rum, and mint.
5. Serve over ice and garnish with a sprig of fresh mint.
