Rose Ice Cream Recipe

Love floral flavors?  Make this gorgeous and easy Rose Ice Cream with rose water and vanilla.  It’s delicious, cooling and easy to make.


  • 2 cups Heavy Cream
  • 3/4 cups Milk
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
  • 1/4 cup Roses Water (more or less, to taste)
  • Optional: 1 drop Pink Extract


  1. Combine all ingredients and let sit for a few minutes to allow the sugar to dissolve.
  2. After the sugar has dissolved, add your ingredients to an ice cream maker, and blend for 30  minutes.
  3. No ice cream maker?  Add your ingredients to a freezer safe container and freeze for 4+ hours.  Mix every 45 minutes until frozen.
  4. Garnish with edible flowers or sprinkles and serve immediately.
