Due to some supply issues, this workshop topic has changed to Shrinky Dink Accessories. Gastronomy will be postponed to a later date. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Gastronomy experiments is made up of 3 parts: tasting the miracle fruit (a berry that coats your sour and bitter taste buds), making ice cream with dry ice, and spherifying liquids. We’ll make all 3 and get to eat the results. DRY ICE ICE CREAM!!!!
This STEAM workshop is hosted by Pop Shop Houston at an HPL Branch near you. All supplies are free courtesy of your local library. RSVP required!
