Wildfire Cocktail

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Oz Gin
  • 1 Oz Elderflower Liqueur
  • 1 Oz Green Chartreuse
  • 1 Oz Lemon Juice
  • Seltzer
  • Pop Rocks

Instructions
 

  • Add 2 ounces or 2 shots of chilled premium gin to a highball glass or martini glass.
  • Add 1 ounce of chilled Elderflower Liqueur and 1 ounce of chilled green chartreuse.
  • Preferably from a fresh lemon, squeeze 1 ounce of lemon juice into the glass.
  • Add a splash of seltzer or tonic.
  • When you are ready to serve the cocktail add 1 tablespoon of pop rocks to the Wildfire Cocktail.
  • Serve & drink while the pop rocks are exploding.
