Ingredients
- 4 oz. Dark Chocolate
- 2 Bananas
- Gold Sprinkles
Instructions
- Slice your bananas into 1/4 inch slices.
- Melt your chocolate so that it will temper upon cooling.
- Dip and roll your banana slice in the chocolate. Place on a piece of parchment paper.
- Once all your slices are dipped, and while the chocolate is still liquid, sprinkle your chocolate with gold sprinkles.
- Allow to temper at room temperature.
- Then place the Chocolate Banana Bites in a storage container and place in the freezer for 4+ hours.
- Serve chilled.
