bunch of kale
1/4
cup
golden raisins
1/4
cup
pistachios
1/4
cup
brussel sprouts
1/2
lime
1
sprig of green onion
1
sprig of chives
Instructions
Chop the kale into small pieces and massage to soften.
Juice the lime and toss through the kale.
Allow the lime juice to soak and continue to toss every few minutes while you prepare your other ingredients.
Finely chop the brussel sprouts, chives, and green onion. Toss into the salad mix.
Finish the salad by chopping pistachios and adding to the top of the salad.
Last add the golden raisins. Enjoy!
