Skinny Jalapeno Popper Stuffed Meatballs Recipe

Make these delicious Jalapeno Popper Stuffed Meatballs for next game day! They are a tasty and totally fun twist on the traditional Armadillo Egg and pair so well with COCA-COLA ZERO SUGAR.

- 1 packet Ground Turkey
- 1 Egg
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
- Fresh ground Salt & Pepper
- 4 oz. Light Cream Cheese
- 4 Jalapenos
- 4 Mini Bell Peppers
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F.
Cut the tops off your mini bell pepper and jalapenos and then slice them in half long ways.
Hollow the peppers completely leaving only the outer edge. Remove any remaining seeds especially in the jalapenos.
Fill the peppers with cream cheese.
In a bowl, mix your garlic powder, onion powder and salt & pepper thoroughly into your turkey. Add an egg and mix thoroughly again.
Wrap each pepper with the turkey, so that the pepper and cream cheese are completely surrounded by turkey.
Place on a cookie sheet and into your pre-heated oven.
Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden on the outside.
