Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil. Unwrap all 24 kisses.

In a mixing bowl, mix together cake mix, eggs, water and oil to form a wet dough.

Roll cookie dough into 24 (1 inch) balls and place 2 inches apart on baking sheet.

Bake 9-11 minutes, or until cookies look just slightly underdone.

Remove cookies from oven and immediately press a cherry kiss into the center of each cookie.

Remove cookies to cooling rack or countertop to cool completely and let kisses set.
