Easter Pastel Jello Pie

Looking to make a pie with all the colors of Easter? This gorgeous Jello pie has layers and layers of pastels and is easy to make!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pre-made graham cracker crust
  • 4-6 (3 oz) boxes Jello in different colors
  • 2 (8 oz) containers Cool Whip
  • boiling water (2 2/3 cups for 4 colors // 4 cups for 6 colors)
  • ice water (2 cups for 4 colors // 3 cups for 6 colors)

Instructions
 

  • Start by boiling 2/3 cup of water for each box of Jello. So if you have 6 colors, you’ll want 2/3 x 6, which is 12/3 or 4 cups of boiling water.
  • Pour each Jello powder into a different bowl. Stir in 2/3 cup boiling water until powder is completely dissolved.
  • Add1/2 cup ice water to each bowl and stir to mix completely.
  • Whisk in 1 cup whipped topping into each bowl.
  • Spread 1st color into bottom of pie crust. Refrigerate 10 minutes.
  • Repeat with remaining colors.
  • Refrigerate the finished pie at least 4 hours before serving.
