Gin & Tonic Popsicles Recipe
Brittany Bly
The only thing better than a classic G&T is a frozen Gin & Tonic Popsicle! This recipe makes them easy to make and perfect for your next party.

Course Beverage, cocktails, Drinks
Cuisine American
- 3 cups tonic
- 6 oz gin
- 2 limes
Rinse and roll the lime to start to soften the peel and break the pulp.
Slice the limes into very thin slices. Then cut into small wedges that will fit inside of the freezer pop sleeves.
Place 3 or more lime wedges inside of each sleeve.
Next, mix the gin and tonic thoroughly. Remember that gin and tonics are ordinarily served over ice. Since we are freezing these, you will be using more tonic than your average gin and tonic.
Use a liquid measuring cup with a spout (or a funnel if it's included with your freezer pop sleeves) to pour the gin and tonic mixture into the sleeves. Do not fill to the brim so you can seal the sleeves without spilling.
Place the filled freezer pop sleeves in the freezer overnight or at least 8 hours.
Serve the Gin & Tonic Popsicles immediately. Since alcohol doesn't freeze, these pops will melt faster than your average popsicle. So keep frozen until you are ready to eat them!
