Dalgona Matcha Latte Recipe

Whip your matcha latte into something that is so cool! A Dalgona Matcha Latte is easy to make and so delicious too. It's the most fun way to drink matcha tea.

2 cups Heavy Cream 1 tablespoon Sugar or less to taste 1 tablespoon Maple Syrup or less to taste 2 tablespoons Matcha Powder Ceremonial Grade (or Culinary Grade) Ice 4 cups Milk of your choice, I used coconut
Add your heavy cream, sugar, maple syrup and matcha to a blender.
Blend on high for 30 seconds. Then pulse until stiff peaks form. This will take around 5 minutes and may need a bit of hand stirring too.
Fill a glass 3/4 full with ice and a milk of your choice. Any milk is fine (almond, coconut, hemp, oat, or whatever you like).
Gently spoon the matcha onto the top of the milk.
Use your spoon to smooth and sculpt the matcha to make it gorgeous.
Serve your Dalgona Matcha Latte immediately. Make your matcha fresh each time.
