Green Cleanse Lettuce Wraps Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • Many pieces of Green Leaf Lettuce
  • 1/4 cup spinach
  • 1/4 cup broccoli
  • 1/4 cup zucchini
  • 1 sprig of green onion
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1 tbsp. tomatillo salsa

Instructions
 

  • Thoroughly wash and dry large pieces of lettuce. You will need 1-2 pieces for each wrap you create.
  • Finely chop the spinach, broccoli, zucchini, and green onion.
  • Add to the lettuce leaves using the leaves as a taco shell.
  • Top the finely chopped vegetables with sliced avocado and tomatillo salsa.
  • Enjoy!
