large tomatillos

garlic

basil

oregano

cumin
salt & pepper to taste
a pinch of cayenne
Instructions
Finely chop your tomatillos, cucumber, bell pepper onion, jalapeño, and garlic.
Add all the ingredients to a large bowl.
Toss in all the spices including the basil, oregano, cumin, salt, pepper, and cayenne.
In a food processor, combine the heirloom tomatoes and lime juice and blend until puréed.
Add around 1/3 of the chopped vegetable mixture into the food processor and pulse until smooth.
Add the liquid tomato mixture from the food processor in the large bowl with the rest of the vegetables.
Chill for 2 hours and serve cold.
