Prep Time 15 minutes mins
Cook Time 2 minutes mins
Total Time 17 minutes mins
- 12 Wooden Skewers soak them for 30 minutes before using
- 1 head Iceberg Lettuce
- 1 carton Cherry or Grape Tomatoes
- 1 packet Bacon
- 1 Red Onion
- 1 Avocado
- 1 bottle Litehouse Blue Cheese Dressing
Cook the bacon. You can cook it your preferred way only need to bring them to a chewy consistency. Then chop the bacon in to 1-2 inch squares.
Chop the iceberg lettuce, avocado and red onion into large chunks.
Layer the lettuce, tomato, onion and bacon onto the wooden skewers. Don't add the avocado. We'll add that at the end!
Add the skewers to the grill. I added the skewers to the hottest part of the grill right above the coals. I only cooked them for about 1 minute and then flipped them to the other side. You know they are ready when you get some beautiful grill marks and the edges of the lettuce look cooked.
Remove the skewers from the grill, add the avocado to the ends of each skewer.
Drizzle with Litehouse Blue Cheese Dressing.
