Mister Man II: A Men’s Pop Up Shop Just in time for Father’s Day
The 2nd Annual Mister Man Pop Up Shop is a Celebration of All Things Man.
Join us Friday June 13th from 5-10pm at The Odd Fellows Building 114 E 14th St. 77008 in the Heights. Mister Man is a free event hosted by Pop Shop Houston and Height of Vintage that has a fine selection of handmade and vintage goods in the fun party atmosphere. Shop for guys, dads, and bro’s from a curated selection of the best handmade & vintage that Houston has to offer.
Play some outdoor mini golf, drink cocktails by Deep Eddy Vodka, and taste Karbach craft beer. Here Come the Girls will be djing classic soul and rock and roll records throughout the night and Cutthroat Barbers will be on site to get groomed while you sip and shop.
A mustache contest, with Houstonfamous judges, will begin at 7:30 pm. Winners will be showered in manly gifts. At 8:00 pm, an all girl vintage pop group, The Motion will perform live. And to finish the night, at 9:30 Dem Damn Dames will be performing a Vegas style Burlesque.
Organizer Vanessa Mala says about this event, “We think you are going to have a blast this year whether you are a guy or girl. We just couldn’t stop adding programming! This may be the most action packed event that Pop Shop or Height of Vintage has ever done. It doesn’t matter if you come early or come late, there’s plenty of fun to be had.”
